COVID-19 Delivery Information

All our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and well-being of their drivers and our customers.

Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.

There is currently no impact on our delivery services at this stage, however, we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.

Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact-free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.

You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information.

We hope that you understand and appreciate the measures that have been implemented to protect you and ensure we can continue operating as normal.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include your order’s tracking number you can use to check its status.

You can use this tracking number on our TRACK YOUR ORDERS page, or use any other third-party services to track your order.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Haven’t received your Order

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@lessw.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Note: To track your order you can use any third-party websites or apps that offer tracking services for free.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@lessw.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Check our return and refund policy here.

Import taxes

Orders will ship from our fulfillment house located in the United States or from our international warehouses located in China or Hong Kong. Depending on what products were ordered, we may ship out items in your order as soon as they have been processed instead of waiting till the entire order is complete. We use this shipping method to ensure the quickest delivery times possible.

Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, or customs fees. Very rarely will you be charged these fees, but in the extreme chance that these fees are imposed, it will be up to you to cover them. 

Important: We are not liable for any orders that are affected by customs delays, natural occurrences, COVID19 Delays, post office strikes, logistic company strikes, or delays arising due to processing center errors. 

Unexpected Delays

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
